JEE Mains 2025: The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains 2025 Session 2 is going to start tomorrow, April 2, 2025, by the National Testing Agency (NTA). As per the official schedule, Paper 1 (B.E/B.Tech) will be held in two shifts on April 2, 3, 4, and 7, with the first shift running from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and the second from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Paper 1 (B.E/B.Tech) will be held in the second shift on April 8, 2025, from 3 to 6 p.m.
On April 9, 2025, Paper 2A (B.Arch) and Paper 2B (B.Planning) will be held in the first shift from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
JEE Mains 2025 Session 2 Exam Admit Card
The NTA has issued the admit card for the session 2 exams, which will take place between April 2 and April 4 at jeemain.nta.nic.in. Applicants taking tests on these dates can access the JEE Main admit card by entering their application numbers and dates of birth. Admit cards for exams planned for April 7–9 will be provided later.
JEE Mains 2025 Session 2 Exam Guidelines
The JEE Mains 2025 Session 2 exam guidelines are as follows:
1. Candidates will also be required to reach the exam centre at least two hours before the commencement time of the examination. As soon as they enter the exam hall, they need to sit in their respective seats.
2. Candidates are required to bring their downloaded and printed admit card from the NTA site and proof of photo identity.
3. Aspirants will not be permitted to enter the examination room under any circumstances if they do not have these documents with them.
4. Candidates must ensure that the question paper displayed on the computer is the same as the subject reflected in their admit card before starting the exam.
5. Candidates can contact the invigilator or the Center Superintendent in case of any technical assistance, first aid or other relevant information during the examination.
6. Applicants must also be aware that if they provide false information to appear on multiple shifts or multiple dates, then their candidature will be cancelled and their results will not be declared.
7. No re-test shall be conducted by NTA under any circumstance for candidates who miss the exam on the date of their respective schedule.
8. Instruments, geometry or pencil boxes, handbags, purses, any type of papers, stationery, textual contents, eatables, water (loose or packed), electronic cellphones, earphones, calculators, electronic gadgets, and metallic articles are strictly prohibited in the examination room. To facilitate a smooth and fair examination, these items must be deposited outside the examination hall.
