“My family is very small. It only includes me, my wife (Shabana Azmi), my son Farhan and daughter Zoya. Shabana and I live together, while Farhan and Zoya have their own houses.”

“When we were young, we used to hear that people in America or England would call their relatives first to meet them. This seemed strange to us. But now the same thing is happening in my family also. And it seems normal now.”

“When I was in America, I was asked why Farhan was not brought? I replied, ‘Is he jobless?’ To be honest, I have to call first to meet Farhan himself. He asks me when we can meet. “Usually we schedule an appointment for three to five days.”
