Jasprit Bumrah has been performing like a machine for India in the ongoing Border Gavasker Series. The pacer has been Rohit Sharma’s go to bowler when the team needs wickets. However on Day 4 of the ongoing Boxing Day Test at Melbourne Cricket Ground Bumrah finally broke down.

In a video which is going viral on social media Bumrah who was visibly drained after bowling eight consecutive overs declined bowling one more over. The vice captain can be heard saying to Rohit Sharma,”Bas ab Nahi lag raha zor” (That’s enough). The moment clearly showed how the Indian team has been relying on him throughout the series, as he has given his all in the four matches played so far.

Bumrah has bowled close to around 50 overs in the ongoing Test at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.In the first innings, the vice-captain of the India National Cricket Team bowled 28.4 overs, while in second innings he bowled has bowled 24 overs and has taken 4 wickets.

Boxing Day Test set for grand finish

Australia’s tail have frustrated India to no end to drag their lead to 333 on day four of the fourth Test at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). Jasprit Bumrah’s magic ripped Australia’s middle-order apart but the hosts found resistance from Marnus Labuschagne (70) and Pat Cummins (41) with a 57-run stand. Later, Australia’s final pair of Scott Boland and Nathan Lyon stitched an unbroken stand of 57 to give their side an upper hand.

Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Siraj have managed to tip the scales towards Team India in the post-lunch session by ripping through Australia’s middle-order on day four at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). After Australia slipped to 91/6 from 80/3, Marnus Labuschagne and Pat Cummins have somewhat managed to stem the bleed, propelling their lead to 240 heading to tea. Can India pick up the final wicket in the first session aur will Australia stretch their lead even more.
