Team India team for Champions Trophy: The ICC Champions Trophy 2025 will be played in Pakistan this month. The tournament will begin on February 19, while the final will be played on 9 March. The Indian team was already announced for this. There is suspense about the injured fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah. But now the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has given its verdict in this regard.

Bumrah is out of the Champions Trophy due to injury. He suffered a lower back injury during the Sydney Test on Australia tour. The BCCI selection committee has included fast bowler Harshit Rana in the team in place of Bumrah.

Apart from Bumrah, there has been another change in the team. Opener Yashasvi Jaiswal has also been dropped from the team. Star spinner Varun Chakraborty has been included in the team in his place. However, Yashasvi is appointed as a non-journey option. Apart from him, fast bowler Mohammad Siraj and all-rounder Shivam Dubey have also been kept as a non-journey option.

15 -member Indian team for Champions Trophy: Rohit Sharma (Captain), Shubman Gill (Vice-Qetan), Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer, KL Rahul (wicketkeeper), Rishabh Pant (wicketkeeper), Hardik Pandya, Rabindra Jadeja, Akshar Patel, Kuldeep Yadav, Harshit Rana, Mohammed Shami, Varun Chakraborty, Arshdeep Singh and Washington Sundar.

Non-travel option: Yashasvi Jaiswal, Mohammad Siraj and Shivam Dubey.
