In the sixth over, Karun Nair torched Jasprit Bumrah’s over with two sixes and a four. As Nair sprinted for a second run on the final ball, he collided with Bumrah, apologizing immediately after. However, the incident seemed to have triggered a heated exchange.

The tension spilled over into the strategic timeout, with Bumrah confronting Nair, who then visibly upset, conferred with MI captain Hardik Pandya.

Kuldeep Yadav was Delhi Capitals’ most effective bowler, claiming 2 wickets for 23 runs in his four overs. In response, Delhi Capitals fell short, being all out for 193 runs. Karun Nair stole the show with an electrifying 89 off 40 balls, including 12 boundaries and five sixes. Abishek Porel contributed 33 runs off 25 balls, hitting three boundaries and one six.

Karn Sharma was Mumbai Indians’ trump card, taking 3 wickets for 36 runs in his four overs. Despite a strong effort from the Delhi Capitals’ batting lineup, Mumbai Indians’ bowlers managed to restrict them, securing a crucial win.
