At least five terrorists have been killed in an encounter with terrorists in Kathua, Jammu and Kashmir.
It is being told that all these terrorists were associated with Jaish-e-Mohammed. Four policemen have also been confirmed to be martyred in this clash. The body of another policeman was seen with a drone on Friday near the site of the first clash in the remote forest area of the district.
Officials said that the fourth policeman was also killed in an encounter with the terrorists. Three terrorists have been killed by security forces. He said that the next day too, heavy firing and intense voices of explosions were heard. Police, army and CRPF personnel entered the area from different directions in the morning and started the operation. The main objective of the security forces is to take out the bodies of dead terrorists and policemen. A policeman is missing, a search operation to search for him is on.

Officials said that the campaign against terrorists started near Jakhole village in Rajbagh Valley at around 8 am on Thursday. Three terrorists were killed in a campaign led by SOG with the help of Army and CRPF. The official said that in this campaign, apart from SDPO, three policemen have been admitted to Kathua Hospital. Two military personnel were also injured in this campaign. Search dogs and drones have been deployed to kill the remaining terrorists. There are still nine to ten terrorists hiding.
