A major campaign of security forces continues against terrorists in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir. This operation, which has been going on for the last four days, has taken a serious turn so far. Three terrorists have been killed during this period, while three brave soldiers have given martyrdom. On Thursday, there was a fierce encounter between militants and security forces in Jakhole village of Rajbagh area of Kathua, in which the voices of heavy firing and blasts echoed.
The biggest search operation continues for four days
The joint team of army, police, CRPF, BSF and NSG is constantly looking for terrorists in Kathua. This operation is so large and sensitive that it is being taken to help even helicopters, drones, bulletproof vehicles, dog squads and UAVs. Security forces feared that these terrorists may be related to the recent encounter in Hiranagar.
The M-4 carbine rifle, grenade, bulletproof jacket and IED making materials have been recovered from the encounter site, which makes it clear that the terrorists were trying to carry out a major conspiracy.
Open terrorist hideout with secret information
Based on an intelligence information, security forces started a search operation in Jakhole village of Rajbagh. As soon as the terrorists came to know that they were surrounded by all around, they started firing indiscriminately. The security forces also gave full strength in retaliation and three terrorists were killed on seeing it.
At present, the operation is still going on, as the security forces suspect that more terrorists may be hidden in the area. Army officials say that this search operation will run until the entire area is completely cleared of the terrorists.

Even though the country has lost its three brave soldiers in this encounter, their bravery and sacrifice once again told that our security forces are ready to protect the country at all costs. Security and vigilance have been increased throughout the region, and the jawans are constantly on the front.
