Shimla, 08 July (Hindustan Times). Senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader and former state president MP Suresh Kashyap has welcomed the Gujarat High Court’s decision to dismiss Rahul Gandhi’s petition regarding Rahul Gandhi’s statement on Modi surname.
He said that Rahul Gandhi is a habitual offender in defamation cases. The Gujarat High Court has taken this decision keeping in view all the facts.
The BJP MP said that Rahul Gandhi goes to JNU and stands with the Tukde Tukde gang. Insulting the Indian Army, Rahul Gandhi accuses them of being the broker of a murderer. Regarding the Rafale aircraft, Rahul Gandhi reached the Supreme Court and made many allegations. But the Supreme Court justified the purchase of Rafale aircraft. After this, Rahul Gandhi criticized the decision of the Supreme Court. When contempt cases started on him in the Supreme Court, Rahul Gandhi apologized in the Supreme Court.
He said that we ask the Congress party why they cannot control Rahul Gandhi? Why can’t they be given training to speak properly? Had he apologized for calling the OBC community thieves, the matter would have been over. The court also gave him a chance to apologise, but he did not apologise.
Suresh Kashyap said that it is Rahul Gandhi’s nature to insult, insult and abuse institutions and people. If Rahul Gandhi insults and abuses anyone, then people will resort to justice, it is natural. People of Modi surname live in different parts of the country including Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, they come from backward families. Rahul Gandhi has irresponsible arrogance.
The former BJP president said that the Bharatiya Janata Party welcomes the decision of the Gujarat High Court in the defamation case against Rahul Gandhi. This is a legal and fair decision.
