Israeli Ambassador to India Ryuven Azar said that After the horrific terrorist attack in Pahalgam region of Jammu and Kashmir, a wave of rapid anger has erupted in the whole country. In this backdrop, Israeli Ambassador to India, Ruven Azar, expressed strong support for India’s fight against terrorism, saying, “This fight is collective and Israel will stand firmly with India in the future as well.”
In an interview to news agency ANI, Ambassador Azhar said that terrorists always try to intimidate in new ways, but India will not allow their efforts to succeed. He said, “The mentality of criminals behind these attacks is to spread fear and disturb peace. But India is not a country that will come under such pressure. I am confident that India will learn from these events and take more strong steps to deal with this crisis and invest more.”
Israel’s resolution for long -term cooperation with India
Referring to the ongoing strategic, technical and intelligence cooperation with India, Ambassador Azhar said, “We have been collaborating with the Government of India at various levels for many years and it will continue in future as well.”

He clarified that Israel is not advising India about any special action, as the Government of India has a good understanding of the realities of the border areas. He said, “The Government of India and its security system specializes in identifying challenges and dangers in the region. Therefore, we focus on technical cooperation, sharing intelligence information and creating operational systems rather than providing guidance on policy matters.”
NIA investigation starts, police investigation accelerate
In view of this terrorist attack, a special team of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) reached the spot on Wednesday and started investigation with the Jammu and Kashmir Police. According to official sources, “The NIA team will assist the Jammu and Kashmir Police at every stage of investigation. The information received in view of the attack will be used to expose anti-national forces.” The attack is considered to be one of the most deadly incidents in the region in about two decades, and this incident has challenged the entire security establishment.
Proper participation for collective struggle
Repeating the position of Israel, Ambassador Azhar said, “The fight against terrorism is not only the responsibility of India, but the necessary shared responsibility for world peace.” He said, “We are making extensive cooperation with India in areas such as intelligence, technology and operation. Our cooperation is not just a transient friendship, but is part of the long -term strategy to combat future terrorist threats.”
