The conflict between Israel and Hamas is constantly becoming fierce. The Israeli air strikes killed at least 25 Palestinian citizens in the Gaza Strip, including women and children. The intensity in the conflict came when Israel broke the ceasefire with Hamas a week ago, after which military action has accelerated.

Meanwhile, Egypt has made a new proposal to re -implement the ceasefire. Under this scheme, Hamas will release five living hostages, in turn, Israel must assume the condition of humanitarian aid and ceasefire. However, Israel has not yet agreed to it and clarified that it will continue the military action until all the hostages are released and Hamas does not give up its grip on Gaza.

Hundreds of citizens died in Israeli attacks

After the Israeli attack on Monday, 11 bodies arrived at Al-Ahli Hospital in Gaza City, including three women and four children. Apart from this, several bodies were also brought to Nasir Hospital in Khan Younis.

According to Gaza’s Health Ministry, more than 50,000 Palestinian citizens have died in this conflict so far, of which more than half of which are women and children. The number of injured in hospitals is continuously increasing, and there are no adequate treatment facilities.

Different reactions to Egypt’s ceasefire proposal

Egypt has introduced a new ceasefire proposal, under which:

  • Hamas will release five living hostages.

  • In return, Israel will have to send humanitarian aid to Gaza.

  • In addition, a condition has been laid to prevent military attacks for a week.

Hamas has given positive response to this proposal, but Israel has not yet accepted it. Israeli officials say their main objective is to free Gaza from Hamas’s possession and ensure the release of all hostages.
