Former National snooker champion and snooker pro Ishpreet Singh Chadha with clinical performance underlined his superiority over Rayaan Razmi scoring a comfortable 4-1 win in an all-Mumbai round of 16 contest in the Rs 13.5 lakh CCI Snooker Classic 2025, an all-India tournament, played at the CCI’s Wilson Jones billiards hall on Thursday.

The 28-year-old Chadha, who competes in the World Snooker Tour and is ranked 67, had a routine day in office and even though the 22-year-old Razmi tried his best, he could not convert the chances and that proved his undoing. Chadha had one sizable break of 91 in the second frame. He could have converted that into a century effort, but after potting the last red he missed a regulation blue in the centre pocket. Chadha cruised to 72-26, 91-11, 7-66, 58-17, and 67-42 success.
