Yemen : Yemen’s diplomatic government’s internationally recognized Prime Minister Ahmed Awad Viban Mubarak resigned on Saturday (May 3). Ahmed announced his resignation on social media and informed Rashad Al-Alimi, the head of the President’s Council.
Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak was appointed Prime Minister of Yemen in 2024. Announcing his resignation, he said, “I am unable to improve state institutions and make necessary changes in the cabinet.” Meanwhile, there has been no official response from the President’s Council on his resignation.
