Prayagraj, 26 October (H.C.). A workshop on legal draft and argument was organized under the aegis of IQAC at Ishwar Sharan Degree College, Center for Legal Education. The purpose of this workshop was to focus on practical techniques and strategies used in the legal profession and enhance the skills of preparing and advocating the draft students and professionals.

The keynote speaker at the workshop Shreya Gupta (is also a prestigious lawyer of the Allahabad High Court) shared the complexities of drafting legal documents and valuable insight into the art of effective lobbying, with their comprehensive experience in handling diverse legal matters in their lectures. Along with this, the students apprised the students about the relevant provisions of CPC 1908 and with the help of some major cases and laws. He also apprised the students about the basic nuances of the format of the statement written in the court with the debate in the court.

The keynote speaker also focused the students on the draft contract and writ. In this workshop, important aspects such as the structure of legal draft, what to do in arguments and recent development in legal processes were discussed.

Principal of the college Prof. Anand Shankar Singh, department convenor Dr. Manoj Kumar Dubey, Program Convenor Srishti Singh and Karthik Asthana and other teachers of the department were present in the program. The program was conducted by Aarushi Panthari, a student of 7G semester of the Law Department and Shivansh Srivastava, a student of 7G semester. The vote of thanks was made by Karthik Asthana, Assistant Professor of Law Department.
