Pahalgam terror attack: There have been shocking revelations in the FIR registered regarding the terrorist attack in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir. According to the FIR, the attack was completely pre -employed and the terrorists carried out it on the instructions of their masters sitting across the border. Terrorists fired indiscriminately for about 30 minutes using illegally obtained automatic weapons, killing 28 tourists. The attack took place on Tuesday (April 22) between 1.50 pm to 2.20 pm.
It took a long time for the security forces to reach the spot.
According to the report, the FIR states that the attackers were in the dress of the army personnel and suddenly came out of the dense cedar forests around the Besaran valley. Meanwhile, tourists were enjoying greenery. Suddenly there was a sound of bullets and shouts. Within a few minutes, many people fell on the ground and many were injured. Police received information about the attack at 2.30 pm and by the time the security forces reached the spot, the attackers had fled. Since there was no motor vehicle eligible road to Basran, it took a long time for the security forces to reach there.
The FIR said that the police came to know from sources that on the instructions of their senior officials from across the border, militants have carried out pre -planned attacks in Besaran in Pahalgam using illegal automatic weapons. The purpose of this attack was not only to kill but also to spread fear and terror among the people.
A case has been registered in this case under several strict sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). The FIR was recorded under serious provisions including Section 11, 103 and 109, Sections 11, 103 and 109 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including the Prevention of Prevention Act (UAPA) and the Arms Act. Sections 7 and 27 of the Arms Act and sections 16, 18 and 20 of the UAPA have also been implemented.
