The Indian Railways will undertake a series of traffic and power blocks for the de-launching of the relieving girder in the Hathbandh-Tilda Newra rail section. These blocks will impact the operation of several passenger trains on December 6 and December 9.
As per the block schedule, from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM (December 7) – A 4-hour block on the UP line and a 3-hour 30-minute block on the middle line.
On December 9 from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM – A 3-hour 30-minute block on the down line.
The following trains will be cancelled during the block periods, December 6 and 9: 08719 Bilaspur-Raipur MEMU (Cancelled), December 6: 08727 Bilaspur-Raipur MEMU (Cancelled), December 7: 08261 Bilaspur-Raipur Passenger (Cancelled), 08275 Raipur-Junagadh Passenger (Cancelled)
December 8: 08276 Junagadh-Raipur Road Passenger (Cancelled), 08280 Raipur-Korba Passenger (Cancelled)
December 9: 08728 Raipur-Bilaspur MEMU (Cancelled), 08734 Bilaspur-Gevra MEMU (Cancelled) and 08733 Gevra-Bilaspur MEMU (Cancelled)
Passengers are advised to check the status of their trains in advance and make alternate travel arrangements if needed.
