Indian-American singer and entrepreneur Chandrika Tandon has created history. He has won the Grammy Award for the album ‘Triveni’. The 67th edition of the largest music award ceremony organized by the recording Academy was held on Sunday at Crypto.com Arena of Los Angeles.
Chandrika is also a business leader and is the elder sister of former PepsiCo CEO Indra Nooyi. The musician, who grew up in Chennai, expressed his happiness after winning the Grammy Award. In an interview to the recording academy, he said, “It seems amazing.”
Accepting the award, expressing his happiness, he said that music is love, music is light and music is laughter and let us all be surrounded by love, light and laughter. Thanks to music and thanks to all those who make music. This was Chandrika Tandon’s second Grammy Award, before she won the first Grammy Award for ‘Soul Call’ in 2009.
