Recently, an Indian-origin man turned lucky by winning one million dollars at a lottery in Singapore. Identified as an engineer named Balasubramanian Chithambaram secured the top prize of the lottery, which made him a millionaire.
Indian-origin man records big win
The engineer participated and tried his luck at the Grand lucky draw organized by Mustafa Jewellery located in Singapore. he became the recipient of a huge amount, 10,00,000 United States Dollar, which equaled to 8.46 crore rupees. Yes, you read that right. Balasubramanian recorded a lucky won of more than ₹8 Crore.
Winner Balasubramanian was noted to have living in Singapore and working as a project engineer in the country for more than two years. He reportedly burst into tears of joy when he learnt about winning one million dollars at the lottery.
Lottery winner speaks
He mentioned that he was informed about being the top winner of the lottery on a very special day, the death anniversary of his father. “I was planning to go to the temple on my father’s death anniversary when I received a call in the morning. It felt like my dad’s blessings from above. I am very happy. Thanks to God for bestowing me with this huge money, and I hope to use this well”, he said while reacting to the big win.
Announcing the winner, Mustafa Jewellery congratulated and wrote on social media, “After 14 incredible months of hosting monthly lucky draws, the day we’ve all been waiting for is finally here. We are thrilled to announce our Grand Lucky Draw winner, who takes home an unbelievable USD 1,000,000!”.
