There is no shortage of talent-

Sunil Gavaskar praised Rinku Singh a lot. This former Indian legend has praised his talent highly. Gavaskar told Star Sports, ‘Talent – not everyone gets it. You will like sports. You can play all day, but sometimes you realize you don’t have enough talent. He (Rinku) believes that he can do it and that is what he has done in the last 2-3 years. He was in and out of many teams in the IPL when he finally got his chance and the way he took advantage of it.

Hoping to become the second Yuvraj Singh…
Gavaskar further said, ‘Now he is a part of the Indian team and now there are a lot of expectations from him. People are now expecting him to become the second Yuvraj Singh. Rinku Singh – Yuvraj Singh. So if you can do even a fraction of what Yuvraj did for Indian cricket, he would have done brilliantly. Let us tell you that in the first T20 match between South Africa and India, the fans did not get to see Rinku Singh bat because it was raining continuously in Durban, due to which the match had to be cancelled.

Showed strength by hitting 5 consecutive sixes –
