Young fast bowler got place:
BCCI has included young fast bowler Shivam Mavi in the T20 team. Shivam Mavi of Uttar Pradesh has been included in the Indian team for the first time. He has been a part of the Under-19 team. Please tell that Shivam Mavi was earlier bought by Gujarat Titans, captained by Hardik Pandya, in the IPL mini auction held on 23 December. Shivam Mavi’s base price was Rs 40 lakhs and the franchisee added him for Rs 6 crores.
Shivam Mavi made his IPL debut in 2018. He has played 32 matches for Kolkata Knight Riders. He has 30 wickets to his name. Shivam Mavi’s best bowling has been 4 wickets for 21 runs. He did this feat in the match against Rajasthan Royals in the 2021 season. Shivam Mavi was part of the Indian team that won the Under-19 World Cup in 2018. He plays for Uttar Pradesh in domestic cricket.
