India has sent army personnel and National Disaster Relief Force (NDRF) under Operation Brahma.
The airport of Mandale, the second largest city in the country, is closed. Electricity is off. It is 40 ° C. In this situation, India has sent 625 tonnes of relief material through six aircraft and five naval ships. The first batch is delivered by the C-130J and C-17 aircraft of the Air Force. INS Satpura and INS Savitri launched 31 and 19 tonnes of materials at Thivawa port. Which is being distributed in areas like Sagiing, Mandalay, Nay-Pachi-Tal, Shaan and Bago.
The Indian Army has also set up temporary hospitals in Mandalay and surrounding areas amidst earthquake tremors. Where the injured are being treated.
In the last three days, 80 bodies have been removed from the rubble. Relief work is going on in 13 buildings of Sector-D. It also includes uhla-shain-monasteries. Indian soldiers have set up a hospital at the old air base at Mandle and have 23 surgery of the injured. More than 1,300 pathological tests have been done.
