Vice Admiral AN Pramod said that the Indian Navy’s operational capacity at the sea played an important role in Pakistan’s “immediate ceasefire request”. Pramod said, “Rapid action of the Indian Army and the Indian Air Force and the tremendous operation of the Indian Navy in the sea has pressured Pakistan to request a ceasefire immediately.” The Navy Director General of Operations Vice Admiral AN Pramod said on Sunday that the Indian Navy maintains a full sea dominance and is ready to give a befitting reply to any of Pakistan’s provocative action regarding ‘Operation Sindoor’.

Vice Admiral gave a strong warning to Pakistan, saying, “This time, if Pakistan dared to do anything, Pakistan knows what we are going to do, that’s all.” The Director General of Navy in Delhi said, “I will tell you something and then leave it to your imagination. First, we have quantitative and qualitative advantage to give a big blow to our opponent. And we are fully dominated on the knot.”

He also said that the role of the Navy is part of a major joint operating scheme. “The Indian Navy’s action is part of the preparations between the three armies,” he said. Earlier, the Indian Armed Forces organized a PC yesterday, on Sunday, through the Director General of Military Operations, Navy Operations and Air Operations, which gave information about the success of Operation Sindoor in destroying terrorist camps inside Pakistan. Additionally, Vice Admiral Pramod said that the Indian Navy had on April 22, deploying several important fighter units within 96 hours after the Pahalgam terror attack, provided acute and balanced maritime reactions. “After the killing of innocent tourists by Pakistan sponsored terrorists in the Pahalgam terror attack, the Indian Navy’s carrier war group, superficial forces, submarines and aviation elements were immediately deployed in the sea,” he said.

Vice Admiral said, “Our force is fully deployed in the North Sea and is fully prepared to attack selected places including Karachi at the time scheduled by us.” Vice Admiral Pramod said that most of the troops of the Pakistani Navy and Air Force remain inside the ports or near the coast. He said, “The advance deployment of the Indian Navy forced the Pakistani Navy and the Air Force to take a defensive stance, which we have constantly monitoring.”
