India-pakistan conflict: The Indian Air Force issued a statement on Sunday saying that the operation vermilion is not over and it is still going on. The Air Force said that the operation was done in a thoughtful and judicious manner. This remark of the Indian Air Force came after a high -level meeting with Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, NSA Ajit Doval, Foreign Minister S Jaishankar, Chief of Defense Staff General Anil Chauhan, Indian Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi, India’s Air Force Chief Amar Preet Singh and Indian Navy Chief Admiral Dinesh Ki Tripathi under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The Indian Air Force said, “The Indian Air Force (IAF) has successfully carried out its prescribed tasks in Operation Sindoor with accuracy and professionalism. Operations were walked and prudently operated as per national objectives.”
The Indian Air Force urged everyone to avoid any kind of speculation. “Since the operation is still going on, detailed information will be given when the time comes. The Indian Air Force urges everyone to speculate and avoid the spread of uncomfortable information,”
The meeting is taking place on May 7 after the operation with Pakistan on the western border after the operation vermilion run by the Indian Armed Forces. In this operation, nine terrorist structures were targeted in Pakistan and Pakistan -occupied Kashmir (POK) under the vengeance of Pahalgam attack on 22 April, killing 26 tourists.
Meanwhile, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said on Saturday that India and Pakistan had agreed to stop firing and military action and said that India will continue their firm and stagnant stand against terrorism.
