World’s most powerful passport

The Singapore passport is the most powerful passport in the world according to the Henley Passport Index. Holders of this passport can travel visa-free to 195 countries of the world. Which is the second most powerful passport?

Japan is second only to Singapore in the world’s most powerful passport ranking. A Japanese passport allows people to travel visa-free to 193 countries. After Japan, South Korea, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Finland are jointly in third place. Passports from these countries allow visa-free entry to 192 countries.

Austria, Ireland, Denmark, Luxembourg, Norway, Sweden and the Netherlands have the fourth most powerful passports in the world. They can provide visa free entry to 191 countries.

While New Zealand, Portugal, Switzerland, UK and Belgium have the fifth most powerful passports with free entry to 190 countries.

Which countries have the weakest passports?

The position of India’s neighboring country Pakistan in the list of countries with the most powerful passports in the world is pathetic. Pakistan’s passport has once again become one of the weakest passports. Pakistan ranks 103rd in terms of visa free entry among 33 countries. Whereas African countries Somalia, Palestine, Nepal and Bangladesh are above Pakistan. Somalia’s passport is ranked 102nd.

What rank does India hold?

India’s passport ranking is much better than Pakistan’s passport ranking. India is ranked 85th in the ranking of most powerful passports among countries around the world. Visa-free travel to 57 countries of the world is possible with an Indian passport. However, compared to last year, India has gone down by 5 places.
