Ujjain (Madhya Pradesh): Chief Minister Mohan Yadav attended the opening day of a two-day ‘Young Entrepreneur Summit-2024’ held at a hotel on Indore Road here on Saturday. The CM stated that India is establishing a distinct identity on global stage through hard work of its young entrepreneurs. India has the largest youth population in the world and the reins of the future are in the hands of these individuals.
Strides taken by the youth towards their future are propelling the nation rapidly on the path of development. The government is continuously making efforts to promote self-employment. Investments and start-ups are being consistently encouraged and supported by the government. The CM emphasised that the youth possess speed in their steps, strength in their hands and a vision to focus on future goals. He added that the state government has allocated sufficient funds in the budget for start-ups for young entrepreneurs. The CM also visited stalls set up by various entrepreneurs.
On this occasion, district in-charge minister Gautam Tetwal, MLA Satish Malviya, Mayor Mukesh Tatwal, principal secretary Raghvendra Singh, MP Industrial Development Corporation managing director Chandramouli Shukla and several industrialists were present.
CM JOINS NATIONAL SEMINAR THROUGH VC
CM Mohan Yadav joined the national seminar on astronomy and Indian knowledge tradition organised at Varahamihir Observatory at Dongla village of Mahidpur through video conferencing (VC) from NIC Room, Ujjain.
The CM said that India has been the origin of knowledge since ancient times. India has always shown the way to the world. Our ancient traditions have shown a new direction to the world. The explanation of atom, mysteries of the universe, principle of life in trees and plants, all have been taken from our philosophy. He said that our Panchang is so accurate that even today it tells the exact time of solar and lunar eclipses.
District-in-charge minister Gautam Tetwal present in the NIC room also greeted everyone. ACS Sanjay Dubey threw light on the objective of the seminar. Dr Sudhir Kumar Mishra, representative of DRDO in Dongla, informed about the development of the observatory. Secretary Dr Raman Solanki informed about the history and development of Varahamihir Observatory.
MP TO BE TB FREE BY 2025
CM Yadav said that MP will be completely free from TB by 2025. We are continuously working in this direction. Work is being done especially in dense settlements and other places. A VC was organised on Saturday afternoon to make India TB free under the chairmanship of Union health minister JP Nadda.
The CM joined the VC from Ujjain. CM and Deputy CMs of Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan as well as other states also participated in the VC.
