The continuous defeats have spoiled the atmosphere of the Indian players as well as the dressing room of the team. The match against Australia was tied at one time on the fifth day in Melbourne, but the team lost the match by losing seven wickets in the last session. After this defeat of the team, the pressure has increased on captain Rohit Sharma as well as head coach Gautam Gambhir. Now it is being said that Gambhir fiercely targeted all the players in the team’s dressing room.

Gambhir angry with players returning to dressing room after defeat in Melbourne

It is said that Gambhir had fiercely targeted some star players in the fourth test against Australia in Melbourne. When the players returned to the dressing room after the defeat in Melbourne, Gambhir told the entire team that enough was enough. The head coach of the Indian team is reportedly angry with the behavior of some players on the field. It is said that Gambhir had told the players that he had given them 6 months time to play in his own way, but now everything is over. From now on, any player who does not play as per the plan decided for the team will be shown the way out.

Why did Gambhir get angry at Indian players?

Rishabh Pant’s careless shot in the Melbourne Test is being considered as the turning point of the match. Even Virat Kohli, while chasing the ball on the 8th stump, gave the ball into the hands of the fielder in the slips. After a cautious start in the second innings, captain Rohit again looked in his element and later lost his wicket as well. Gambhir is angry with all these actions of Indian players and now he is ready to take action.
