New Delhi: Reliance Jio has added a new recharge plan to its portfolio. This is a data voucher plan. In this, users will get the benefit of unlimited 5G data for the whole year. Users must already have a plan active to use it. Any prepaid user can use it. There are not many benefits in this but this plan can fulfill the data requirement. Its price is also not much.
Unlimited data for 365 days
It is clear from the name itself that this is Jio’s data voucher plan. In this, only data is rolled out for the customers. It does not have facilities like calling and SMS. The validity of this plan is 365 days.
Jio 601 plan details
Jio data voucher of Rs 601 is available only for prepaid customers. For this the Aadhaar scheme should be activated. Data Voucher offers unlimited 5G data for 1 year through 12 different data vouchers. First of all, you have to buy a data voucher of Rs 601 from MyJio app or website.
After this, 12 data vouchers worth Rs 51 will be credited to your account, in which you will get unlimited 5G data and 3GB high-speed 4G data for 1 month. Vouchers can be redeemed through MyJio account in the ‘My Vouchers’ section.
What is it useful for?
Data voucher of Rs 601 can be transferred as a gift to any Jio user. It will be present in their MyJio account. This means that once the data voucher is activated on the Jio number, the monthly voucher of Rs 51 will not be able to be transferred. The new Rs 601 data voucher is beneficial for those who have recharged with the 1.5GB/day plan.
This voucher plan was also launched
A few days ago, Jio had also launched two voucher plans. There are plans of Rs 101 and Rs 151. The former plan offers 6GB high-speed 4G data and unlimited 5G network, while the Rs 151 plan offers 9GB 4G data and unlimited 5G data. These plans also require you to have an active base plan (1.5GB per day).
