Uttar Pradesh Crime: A heart-wrenching case has come to light from Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh. Jhansi Police, while patrolling, found a man alive, who according to Bihar Police records was murdered 17 years ago. Four people have gone to jail for the murder of this living person and one of them has died. The remaining three are currently on bail.

Nathuni Pal, who met Jhansi police, told that her parents died when I was in her village. After a few years of marriage, when no child was born, the wife also left. After that I started living with my uncle’s brothers. He had about two and a half acres of land. He left the village in 2008, never to return. After this, I came here to Jhansi six months ago and have been living here since then. There is no information about what happened there after leaving the village.
The victim expressed grief
Satendra Pal, who was jailed for murdering Nathuni Pal when she went missing 17 years ago, said, ‘When Nathuni went missing, her maternal uncle accused us of murdering her and burying her body. They filed a complaint accusing my father and three brothers including me of murder of Nathuni Pal. Due to which we had to spend eight months each in jail. Later we are out on bail. During this time my father died. I used to think day and night that why were we punished for a crime we did not commit?
