Material:

  • 3-4 medium size boiled potatoes

  • 1 cup sago (wet and dried)

  • 1/3 cup peanuts (roasted and ground)

  • Rock salt

  • Black pepper powder (as per taste)

  • 2-3 green chillies (finely chopped)

  • A little green coriander (finely chopped)

  • Oil (to fry)

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash and boil the potatoes and let it cool. After this, peel them and mash them well.

  2. Fry sago and peanuts and make powder.

  3. Keep chopped green chillies and coriander ready.

  4. Take mashed potatoes in a vessel and add sago powder, peanut powder, rock salt, pepper, green chilli and green coriander and mix well.

  5. Now make small bytes shaped shells with this mixture.

  6. Heat the oil in a pan and fry these bites till it turns golden brown.

  7. Crunchy and delicious Falahari Potato Bites are ready! Serve hot with falari chutney or curd.
