This is a delicious breakfast that is ready in no time, it also helps in weight loss. It has low calorie content and high fiber content. Never eat popcorn in the cinema hall, as it contains high amount of salt, which increases blood pressure. Cook food at home with less salt.
3. Almonds
It is a good source of Vitamin E and other essential nutrients. Diabetes increases the risk of heart diseases. Therefore you can maintain blood sugar levels by including almonds in your diet. It can also reduce the risk of heart attack. It is better to eat almonds after soaking them.
4. Eggs
Eggs are an excellent source of protein. It is an ideal breakfast for everyone. It helps a lot in weight loss and can be an important part of your diabetes diet. You should eat boiled eggs for breakfast or in the evening. This does not increase blood sugar and makes the body strong.
