  • wheat flour
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • red chilli
  • Asafoetida
  • Turmeric
  • Ghee
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • cumin powder

  • To make onion paratha, first chop the onion and cut it finely.
  • Mix wheat flour, salt, white sesame, egg and a little warm oil in a large bowl.
  • Then add water to the flour and mix it. After kneading the dough, apply some oil on it and keep it aside.
  • Add coriander, ginger-garlic paste, finely chopped green chili paste, cumin powder and asafetida and mix it well.
  • Then add salt to the prepared onion mixture and mix.
