Mumbai: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced a new program for CA examinations, which was postponed due to a war -like situation in both India and Pakistan. After a press conference organized by Foreign Secretary Vikram Mantri on Saturday, ICAI issued a statement in this regard. Now these exams will be held from 16 May to 24 May.

Both CA final and intermediate examinations were postponed due to tension between the two countries, India and Pakistan. According to the original program, these exams were to be held between May 9 and May 14. These examinations to be held across the country were not possible in some cities due to war -like situation and security reasons in some areas. Therefore, ICAI postponed these examinations.

Examination at the same centers as before

After the ceasefire between India and Pakistan on Saturday evening, the ICAI issued a circular in this regard late at night after a press conference organized by Foreign Secretary Vikram Mantri. According to this circular, these exams will now be conducted at equal centers and at the same time between 16 and 24 May. Examination time and center will remain the same.

No change in exam

However, there has been no change in the CA Foundation Examination for the May season. These will be completed according to the employed program. The institute also informed that the CA Foundation Examinations for the May session will be held on the pre -scheduled date 15, 17, 19 and 21 May.

Sunday, May 18-Final Examination (Group two) Paper 6- Integrated Professional Solve/INTT-AT Paper-2-International Tax Practice

Tuesday, May 20 – Intermediate Examination (Group 2) Paper 4 – Cost and Management Accounting

Thursday, 22 in 22 – Inter -Charm Exam (Group 2) Paper 5 – Auditing under Ethics

Saturday, May 24-Intermediate Examination (Group 2) Paper 6-Financial Management and Strategic Management
