Mumbai – Hundreds of notices have been pasted on the doors and walls of the house of Mumbai, who was finally arrested in Belgium in a scam of Rs 13,500 crore with Punjab National Bank, and many notices have been piled up in the corridor. Mehul Choksi, who ran away from India in 2018, lives in Gorul apartment in Malabar Hill area of Mumbai. The doors and walls of their house are seen sticking notices from the Enforcement Directorate, Income Tax, Banks and Courts. Several notice boards appear around the door of the house in the corridor.
Mehul Choksi has large apartments on 9th, 10th and 11th floors. The price of his house has been estimated at around three crore rupees.
Mehul Choksi has cheated billions of rupees from banks. But with this, he did not spare his society either. The society owes three crore rupees in the form of bills including maintenance on the society. The Society has also informed the ED about this.
