This experience can now be transported directly to senior police officers. For this, it has been decided to impose ‘QR Code’ in police stations. Common citizens will be able to deliver their experiences, complaints and suggestions to the authorities through this QR code.
Common citizens go to the police station with various complaints. But his experience in the police station was not good. Policemen are often rude and have to come again and again for small tasks. Due to which misunderstandings arise towards the police in the minds of common citizens and the image of the police force is tarnished.
For this, Police Commissioner Madhukar Pandey decided to know the experience of citizens at the police station. Therefore, the initiative of QR code has been started in police stations. Through this QR code, citizens coming to the police station will be able to rating the concerned police station and immediately register their experience feedback.
Apart from this, some changes or suggestions can also be given. Therefore, the Police Commissioner has expressed confidence that now the dialogue between the police and the citizens will be more effective.
How to enter your experience?
Under this initiative, a QR code based stand will be placed in front of each police station. A questionnaire will appear on the mobile by scanning this QR code with the help of a scanner on mobile. In which citizens enter their name and contact number, what is the work of the police station? Which officers did you meet? Did they cooperate, is the work done? These types of questions can lead to immediate records of police station demonstrations and image. Senior police officers of the police station will have to answer why a citizen goes to the police station again and again and why his work is not being done.
