1. Use a to-do list or task management apps to organize your work. It also helps a lot to avoid that last-minute pressure and to keep control.

6. If you’re feeling inundated, speak to your manager or coworkers. By openly addressing issues as they cand to be resolved — communication helps in finding solutions and reducing stress caused either by long misunderstandings or working on too many features at the same time.
7. Exercise and a balanced diet assist with stress management. Eat fruits, vegetables, and protein-rich foods, and keep physically active to stay energetic.
8. Sleep deprivation impairs focus and decision-making. Get 7 to 8 hours of sleep; it will increase your productivity and reduce stress at work.
