Atishi has stated in his election affidavit that he has movable assets worth Rs 76,93,374.98 in his name. This includes Rs 30 thousand in cash and gold jewelery worth Rs one lakh. The remaining Rs 75 lakh is in the form of bank FD and savings account. Also, according to the affidavit, he does not own any immovable property, any house or car.

Atishi Marlena told that her total income in 2023-24 was Rs 9,62,860 and in 2022-23 it was Rs 4,72,680. While contesting from Kalkaji constituency in the 2020 assembly elections, he had declared his total assets of Rs 1,41,21,663 in his affidavit. Then the husband’s property was mentioned in it. This time he has given information only about his assets.

Atishi is once again contesting elections from Kalkaji seat. He has appealed for crowd funding for election expenses. Atishi has said that he needs Rs 40 lakh to contest the elections. On the very first day he has received help or donations worth about Rs 17 lakh. Voting will be held on all 70 seats of Delhi on 5 February. Atishi is contesting against Congress’ Alka Lamba and BJP candidate Ramesh Bidhuri.
