To capture steam:

Many people adopt one advice when they have cold or cough and that is to keep taking steam. This method has many uses so we have been following this remedy for a long time. Mixing turmeric and ginger in hot water is more beneficial. If water and steam are inhaled through the nose, the mucus cells in the throat will die. Hot water, honey:
