On Monday, Mumbai’s Magistrate Court has given a clear warning that if Malaika does not appear at the next hearing, a non-bailable warrant will be issued against her. Earlier, the court issued a bailable warrant against Malaika on March and 8 April, but she did not reach the court even after receiving summons. This time too, his lawyers appeared in his place.
The court reprimanded Malaika’s lawyer and said that Malaika was deliberately avoiding action, while she is aware of the case. The court has given him a chance to appear for the last time and said that if they lose this opportunity, strict action will be taken against him.

The case is related to a fight in 2012 at a Five Star Hotel in Mumbai. Actor Saif Ali Khan, Amrita Arora’s husband Shakeel Ladak and his friend Bilal Amrohi were having dinner that night at the hotel that night. At the same time, he had a dispute with NRI Iqbal Mir Sharma which later turned into a fight. Sharma had alleged that Saif Ali Khan punched his nose, causing him a fracture. After the incident, an FIR was lodged at the Kolaba police station and the trial of the case is going on in the court.

Amrita Arora has already testified in this case. On March 29, he gave a statement in the court and said that a man came to his group and asked him to remain silent. After a while, the man started fighting with Saif Ali Khan. According to Amrita, the dispute started from conversation and reached the fight.
