HKRN BHARTI 2023: CM Manohar Lal established the Haryana Skill Employment Corporation Limited (HKRN) to provide maximum jobs to the youth. Under this, employment is provided to the youth sitting unemployed. A cabinet meeting was held yesterday which was presided over by CM Manohar Lal Khattar, during this meeting many important decisions were taken. Approved the proposal to recruit 1500 drivers through Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited to ensure 24-hour Emergency Response Vehicle in the state.

Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited (HKRN) will be for a period of 1 year as per the provisions of Section 21 of the Haryana Police Act 2007. During this meeting, it was decided that a 3-member selection board would be constituted under the chairmanship of the District Superintendent of Police to conduct the driving test and interview of the eligible candidates. The Assistant Superintendent of Police, Superintendent of Police and Assistant Commissioner of Police of the concerned district and the designated Assistant Commissioner of Police, concerned District Light Motor Vehicle License Authority shall be the members of this Board.

In the cabinet meeting chaired by the Chief Minister of Haryana, Manohar Lal, the proposal to recruit 1500 has been approved through Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited to ensure effective operation round the clock and availability of emergency response vehicle across the state. Will the recruitment be done through Haryana Skill Employment Corporation Limited for a period of 1 year as per provision of section 21 of Haryana Police Act 2007.

It has been decided in the meeting that a 3-member selection board will be constituted under the chairmanship of District Superintendent of Police or Deputy Commissioner of Police for conducting driving test and interview of eligible candidates, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Assistant Superintendent of Police or Superintendent of Police of the concerned district. The Commissioner of Police, as the case may be, shall be the designated Assistant Commissioner of Police and the member of the Board of Light Motor Vehicle License in Authorities of the concerned district.

Any candidate having minimum educational qualification of 12th class from recognized board with valid driving license will be eligible to apply for the above post. Candidates of all category will be given representation as per corporation policy and reservation policy of state government. They will work under the supervision of officers similar to ordinary police officers and after their selection they will have to undergo a capsule course of 15 days duration to meet the needs of the police department.

Presently 630 eRVs have been deployed under ERSS. And these are taken from the existing main power of the department. Each ERV is operated in two shifts. In these, three policemen are deployed in one shift, one in-charge, one support staff and one driver. Thus each ERV has 2437 4 police officers and two police drivers are required to maintain operations
