New Delhi: A historic day for India’s space zone is coming when Indian Air Force officials Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla will visit the International Space Station (ISS). The Mission will be launched in May under the Acome Mission 4 (X-4), which will include 4 astronauts from four countries. Subhanshu Shukla will become the first Indian to go to space under this mission and after 40 years an Indian’s dream of going into space will be fulfilled. Earlier in 1984, Rakesh Sharma traveled in the spacecraft of the Soviet Union.

The X-4 mission will include astronauts from India, Poland, Hungary and United States. Under this mission, Shubhanshu Shukla will go to space as a mission pilot. He will also be accompanied by Slavose Ujnanski of Poland and Tibor Kapu of Hungary. American astronaut Paigi Whitson will be the commander of this mission. This mission will run for 14 days, during which scientific research and technical tests will be conducted.

The launch will be done from the dragon capsules.
Subhanshu Shukla and his fellow astronaut will fly from SpaceX’s Dragon Capsules to the International Space Station. The launch will be made by Falcon 9 rocket from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida, USA. The exact launch date will be announced after the final approval by NASA and Axiom Space.

 

What is X-4 mission?
The main objective of the X-4 mission is to conduct various scientific experiments and technical tests in space. Many big works will be done under this mission. All scientists there will do experiments related to biological and physics in microscopic gurus. Along with this, technical tests will also be done there. New space technology and equipment will be tested during this period. Under this mission, people on Earth will be given information about space science and research.

Fourth private space flight
There is an exhibition space, a private American space company that is working on a plan to set up a commercial space station in the future. Axiom has successfully completed three space missions so far. The Axiom-1 mission was launched in April 2022, which will be a 17-day space mission. After this, the X-2 mission in May 2023 and the X-3 mission in January 2024 were successfully launched. Now the X-4 mission is the fourth stage of this series, which will include astronauts from four countries including India.
