On the occasion of the 555th Prakash Parv of Kartik Purnima, Dev Deepavali and Gurunanak Dev, the Buddha -time Hiranyavati river of Kushinagar was illuminated with the light of thousands of lamps. People pledged to spread the light in the society like the light of the lamp and follow the paths shown by the mystics. Cultural programs were also held during the event organized under the auspices of the Vital Care Foundation.
Chief guest former MLA Rajinikanth Mani Tripathi said that in the present time, when Sanatan Dharma and culture are attacking external stars, the relevance of such events increases. He also described it as necessary for tourism development. The former MLA insisted on maintaining the continuity of the event and making it more grand and increasing the participation of foreign tourists and common people. Said that if tourists come to the event, they will be able to assimilate the dimensions of eternal Indian culture and culture.
Special guest former District and Sessions Judge Santosh Kumar Srivastava said that Dev Deepawali is a festival of wearing divinity. Gods also come to earth to celebrate Diwali from Devaloka. This festival gives the message of happiness, peace and prosperity. BJP District President Durgesh Rai said that Guru Nanak was born on this day. Municipal President Representative Rakesh Jaiswal said that Lord Buddha had sent 60 Arhat monks on this day to propagate religion. This day is the day to resolve to enrich humanity.
