National President of Hindu Sena, Vishnu Gupta, who had filed a petition claiming  a Hindu temple in Khwaja Garib Nawaz Dargah in Ajmer, Rajasthan, was allegedly attacked by two miscreants while he was returning to Delhi from Ajmer on Saturday morning. 

Vishnu Gupta in his complaint to the police has claimed that two unknown youths riding a bike opened fire on his car near Gagwana culvert in Ajmer. Ajmer police have formed 4 teams to search the accused. 

Vishnu Gupta come to Ajmer for the hearing in the Dargah case and stayed at a hotel in Ajmer at night and left for Delhi by car at around quarter to six in the morning. His driver was driving the car. 

He said that some unknown bikers followed him and opened fire at his car near Gagwana culvert. The driver managed to move fast and both are safe. Gupta informed the local police about the incident on phone. 

“Two unknown assailants had targeted me, but the bullet hit at the bottom of the car. This is a deadly attack on me, but I am not afraid of these threats and bullets and will fight the case firmly,” said Gupta. 

Ajmer SP Vandita Rana said, “Vishnu Gupta had called and told us that two unknown miscreants had fired at his car while going to Delhi. As soon as the information was received, our entire team reached the spot. We have called the FSL team as well. The attackers are being searched with the help of CCTV footage on the way. “

Notably, Vishnu Gupta recently lodged a police complaint at Barakhamba police station in Delhi, stating the threat of life.

In the meantime, the next hearing on his petition regarding Ajmer Dargah will be held on March 1st.
