Popular contestant of ‘Bigg Boss 11’ and ex-actress of ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ Hina Khan recently talked about her experience of battling breast cancer and its impact on her career. In an interview, Hina revealed how due to cancer she had to give priority to her health instead of giving priority to her work.
Cancer disclosure and impact on projects
Hina told that at the time of diagnosis of breast cancer, she was about to start some new projects. He said:
“There were some projects that I was supposed to start, but when I found out that I was suffering from breast cancer, I talked to the makers. They had deadlines, and cancer is not a disease that can be cured in 2-3 months. This may take a year or more. That’s why they had to replace me with someone else.”
Decision to give priority to health
Hina said about this difficult time:
“It was difficult for me, and equally difficult for him. But at that time my health was most important. Getting better matters. “In the beginning I felt a lot of stress about it, but now I don’t get worried.”
Hina also said that now she is ready to focus on both her health and career.

After recovering from cancer, Hina has made a great comeback in her career. Recently her web series ‘Griha Lakshmi’ was released on the Epic OTT platform. Chunky Pandey was also seen with him in this series.
Apart from this, Hina Khan’s film ‘Country of Blind’ is now going to be released in India after making a splash abroad. However, the release date of the film has not been officially announced yet.
