Vigilance has been increased in Uttar Pradesh regarding the Ram Navami festival. The state government has declared high alert in a total of 42 districts including Ayodhya, Varanasi, Mathura, Prayagraj, Meerut, Kanpur, Chitrakoot, Mirzapur. Special security arrangements have been made for the processions and programs that come out during the festival.
Processions will be released from traditional routes
According to the administration’s instructions, the procession is allowed to be taken out only from traditional routes.

The entire route will be monitored through drone cameras and CCTVs during the procession.

The houses and buildings falling in the paths of tableaux will also be monitored so that the possibility of stones, bottles or other objectionable items can be prevented.
