Hero MotoCorp has introduced its new VIDA V2 range of electric scooters, aiming to make electric mobility both appealing and affordable. The lineup includes three variants: the V2 Lite priced at Rs 96,000, the V2 Plus at Rs 1.15 lakh, and the top-tier V2 Pro at Rs 1.35 lakh. These are effective ex-showroom prices for Delhi, factoring in current subsidies.
Hero MotoCorp’s new VIDA V2 electric scooter range is equipped with IP-67-rated removable batteries, available in three capacities: 3.94 kWh for the V2 Pro, 3.44 kWh for the V2 Plus, and 2.2 kWh for the V2 Lite. These batteries can be conveniently charged at home, reaching 80% in under six hours. The scooter is powered by a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM), offering a peak power of 6 kW and 25 Nm of torque. It accelerates from 0 to 40 km/h in just 2.9 seconds* and boasts a top speed of 90 km/h*. With four riding modes—Eco, Ride, Sport, and Custom (Pro variant only)—the VIDA V2 provides versatile performance for everyday commutes and dynamic rides alike.
