A tragic incident has come to light in the southern region of Bengaluru, where 36 -year -old Rakesh Rajendra Khedekar brutally murdered his 32 -year -old wife Gauri Anil Sambrekar. This heinous crime was carried out after a domestic dispute, in which the accused stabbed Gauri’s neck and stomach with a knife. During the investigation, it was revealed that Gauri was still alive at the time of the murder, when an attempt was made to put her in the suitcase.

Failing attempt to hide the dead body after murder

After the murder, Rakesh planned to put the body in the suitcase and place the hideout. However, the suitcase handle broke, causing him to take it out of the house. He pulled the body in the bathroom and placed the water on the drainage place to shed the blood. Forensic investigation found marks of mucus (mucus) inside the suitcase, which confirms that Gauri was alive until she was put in it.

Both came to Bangalore from Mumbai

Rakesh and Gauri came to Bangalore from Mumbai a month ago. Rakesh got a work-form-home job in an IT company, while Gauri was looking for a new job. On Wednesday night, there was a fight between the two on something. The controversy grew so much that Gauri angrily threw a kitchen knife, causing a minor injury to Rakesh. Angry, Rakesh stabbed Gauri with a knife on his neck and stomach.

Conspiracy to hide crime after murder

After the murder, Rakesh cleaned the house and planned to hide the body. When he could not take the body out, he tried to escape from his Honda City car at 12:45 pm by locking the house.

Trying to kill yourself by confessing a crime

After running away, Rakesh stopped his phone and reached Shirwal near Pune and called his brother -in -law Ganesh Anil Sankarkar and told him about the murder. After this, he turned off the phone again. Ganesh informed the Maharashtra Police, who told the Bengaluru Police about this. When the police reached Rakesh’s house, there was a lock. On breaking the door, Gauri’s body was recovered from the suitcase kept in the bathroom.

Arrest and failed attempt to commit suicide

The police tracked Rakesh’s location and found him in Shirwal. There he tried to commit suicide by drinking phenyl and pesticides, but was rushed to the hospital with the help of a passer, where doctors saved his life. Currently, he is out of danger and will soon be brought to Bangalore and questioned.

Married against family will

Gauri and Rakesh’s relationship was already controversial. Rakesh was the brother of Gauri and he had studied Gauri in his house in his childhood. After a four-year live-in relationship, both of them got married two years ago. Rakesh claims that Gauri was very dominating, which led to differences with her parents.

Talk to wife’s body after murder?

Rakesh confessed that after the murder, he sat near the wife’s body and questioned him why he treated him. The police suspect that he sat near the body for some time and then started cleaning the house.

The Bengaluru Police is now investigating the matter in depth, so that the entire conspiracy hidden behind the murder can be revealed.
