The deceased brothers have been identified as Aman Kumar and Chaman Kumar, who were residents of Dadpur village in Bhagwanpur police station area. According to family members, the two brothers left the house from a motorcycle to attend a wedding ceremony, but did not return.

On receiving information about the incident, the police team of Barauni and Singhaul police station reached the spot and started investigation. Police say the investigation is going on fast to find out the cause of the murder. The bodies have been sent for postmortem.
