The incident occurred early in the morning, when a man went out for a walk with his pet dog. During the walk, the dog accidentally fell into the Narmada Canal. Without hesitation, the man jumped into the canal to save the puppy. While he managed to rescue the pet dog, he was unable to escape the strong current of the canal and tragically drowned.
A video has surfaced on social media in which it can be seen that the police have recovered the dead body of the deceased from the canal.
