This disease increases quickly due to carelessness in food and drink. Asthma patients should avoid eating certain foods as they can produce allergies, increase inflammation, or narrow the airways. Asthma patients should take special care of some things to avoid serious problems.
Patients should stay away from these things:
Processed and packaged food: Those who eat more processed and packaged food increase the risk of asthma. Because it contains a lot of saturated fat. Which weakens the immune system. It also includes sulfites, preservatives and artificial tastes that can promote asthma.
cool things: Asthma patients should also avoid cold things like ice cream and cold drinks. Eating or drinking cold foods can cause airways in the throat and lungs, which can cause difficulty in breathing.
alcohol abuse: Sulfite is added to wine and beer. So that it does not spoil for a long time. At the same time, these sulfite can prove to be dangerous for asthma patients.
Dairy Products: Dairy products like milk, cheese, butter can be harmful to asthma patients. In some people, milk produces more phlegm (mucus), which may cause difficulty in breathing. If the immune system is weak then coffee should not be consumed. Caffeine present in coffee increases acid reflex. Drinking coffee in some asthma patients can cause food poisoning.
