Justice Rahul Bharti also ordered the Deputy Commissioner of Poonch to file an affidavit about the status of the property of the petitioners.
Following the court order, Ali’s wife tried to contact both Deputy Commissioner and Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP). But there was no help from anywhere. She says, ‘I do not understand why my husband was taken to Punjab despite the court order?’
