Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh): A history-sheeter barged in a clinic, threatened to kill a doctor, and demanded ‘terror tax’ at knifepoint in Madhya Pradesh’s Gwalior.
The video shows the accused creating a ruckus at the clinic when the doctor was treating the patients. He started hurling abuses at the doctor and started demanding money. The doctor folded his hands in front of the accused, seeking mercy. Indifferent, the accused took out a knife and started threatening him. The viral clip further shows the doctor trying to pacify the angry goon.
The incident was reported at Dr. Kamal Kishore Gupta’s clinic in Teji Ki Bajariya area of Gwalior on Saturday. The accused goon has been identified as Vivek Sharma. He has several cases, including a murder case, registered against him.
Dr. Gupta approached Kampoo police station and lodged a complaint against the accused.
Accused tried to threaten doc earlier too
According to information, Dr. Gupta is an Ayurvedic doctor and operates a clinic in Teji Ki Bajariya. On Saturday, he was treating his patients as usual when the accused history sheeter barged in his clinic and started creating a ruckus. The doctor, in his complaint, further mentioned that the accused was demanded terror tax and threatened to kill him. He said that this was not the first time; earlier too, the historian tried to threaten him.
When the doctor ran away from his clinic, Sharma continued to chase him for long and even beat him.
TI Kampu Amit Sharma said that a case has been registered on the doctor’s complaint. The accused is currently absconding, and the search for him is underway.
